Selected through national auditions, the artistic team of the Foundation includes over 130 young musicians. Some are still students in various music universities in Romania, while others are studying abroad in graduate programs.

Among the musicians of the team, there are many who hold important professional positions, including those of principals in orchestras such as the George Enescu Philharmonic and the National Radio Orchestra in Bucharest, or the Cluj Philharmonic. Several musicians live and work abroad and return to Romania to participate in the projects organized by the Foundation.

The large Artistic Team is the basis for all the ensembles of the Foundation , from the Symphony Orchestra to the baroque ensemble of LA STRAVAGANZA, or the chamber music groups. The flexibility of the team allows the musicians to participate in various projects and experience different musical styles and collaborations with their colleagues, as well as with the invited international artists.
